The District of Summerland offers you the convenience of managing your accounts online. To use the Online Services, you first need to register for a free User ID and then link all your service accounts to your User ID.
HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Click on the "Register" button at the upper right corner of this webpage and complete the registration form by choosing a User ID of your choice and at least a 7-character long password.
2. If the "I'm not a robot" challenge in the registration form (used to stop spammers) is difficult to read, please click the small refresh icon under it to cycle through challenges until you find one that is easier to answer.
3. Once registered and logged in with your new User ID, click on your name at the upper right corner of the webpage, select the Account Type that you want to add from the drop-down list, click the "Add New Account" button, enter the Account Number / Roll Number and corresponding Access Code / PIN found on your printed statement or bill, and then click the "Save" button.
4. You can now log in with your User ID and password to access all your registered service accounts. If you select "Remember Login" when logging in, the website will remember you as long as you don't click the "Logout" button. Use the "Logout" button if you are using a shared computer and don't want someone else accessing your accounts.
You do not need to register a User ID to claim your Home Owner Grant.
Complete the Home Owner Grant form and click on the "Claim Home Owner Grant" button. A confirmation will appear, click "Cancel" to edit the details before submitting it, or "Okay" to continue.

Once your application has been submitted you can print a copy for your records by clicking the print button.
